Gilly Hollis, Communication Expert

 

A Graduate of the Central School of Speech & Drama and a qualified performance coach, certified Myers Briggs and NLP practitioner, Gilly has enjoyed a successful international consulting career in performance enhancement and personal development.

 

With over 25 years experience designing and delivering training programmes and individual coaching in the areas of communication skills, leadership development, stress and change management and outplacement support, Gilly has worked with a wide range of public and private sector organisations, training senior leaders in effective and inspiring communication.

 

She is a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and an associate consultant with a leadership consultancy Performance Unlimited.

 

Gilly is passionate about encouraging people to develop as communicators and find the right voice to become valued and inspiring leader.

 

For the bespoke programmes, Gilly can put together a team of experts to meet clients’ specific requirements. She has been working closely with In The Company of Leaders, Performance Unlimited and Veritas.

 

Julie Hall, Leadership Coach

 

Julie Hall is a Master Business Coach and holds a Diploma in Coaching Supervision. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.

 

Her long career in human resources in global organisations means that Julie understands the connection between personal and corporate performance. She is especially experienced at helping senior people lead themselves and others through the challenges and uncertainty of mergers, acquisitions and restructuring.
